1. Free Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders totaling $220 USD or more (before taxes and discounts) to most countries worldwide.

Orders under $220 USD will be charged a flat standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping (Free for orders ≥$220 USD): 7–15 business days (depending on destination). Trackable via order confirmation email.
• Express Shipping (Paid): 3–7 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee (calculated based on weight and location).
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, GMT+8). Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Remote areas or countries with strict customs regulations may have longer delivery times or additional customs fees (see Section 5).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.

You can track your package at any time via the link in the email or by logging into your Shevaniro account and viewing your order history.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

6. Lost, Damaged or Undelivered Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate and resend the order or issue a full refund.
• Damaged Items: If your leather bag arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Undelivered: If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, check with your local postal service or neighbors first. If still missing, contact us immediately for assistance.

7. Order Cancellation & Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it (before processing begins).

Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item under our 90-Day Free Return Policy (see Returns page for details).
